The costs are based solely on the amount of credit purchased. The credit is used upon successful transfer or activation of the open period.

Rejected data records due to validation errors by the ERiC, the credit institution or a rating agency will not be charged. Payment is made via a credit system that can be topped up before the transfer. We accept PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and SEPA direct debit as payment options.
Payment & credit
How is payment made?
Payment for the transfer to the tax office or a credit institution or for the generation/transfer for the purpose of disclosure is made via a credit system. The payment systems “Paypal”, “Sofortüberweisung” and SEPA direct debit are currently available for this purpose.
Is it sufficient to top up the credit immediately before a transfer?
Yes, as soon as sufficient credit is available, a transfer can be made. Otherwise, no credit is required to use the application in full.
How can I check the credit balance?
In the administration menu, you can view the amount of credit and the number of transfers already made at any time.
How is a “valid data set” defined with regard to price calculation and what does it refer to?
A valid data set contains all components of the taxonomy. This includes, for example, the entire balance sheet (including all accounts and items), the entire profit and loss account, etc. The price is therefore not calculated on the basis of individual components, but refers to the successful transfer of the entire data set. You must also have credit to make test transfers to the ERiC, but no credit is deducted for test transfers.
Does an online e-balance sheet account incur ongoing costs?
No. With eBilanz-Online you only pay for the service of transmission to the tax office or a bank or for the generation/transmission for the purpose of disclosure. The use of the application itself is free of charge.
